One-on-One Nutritional Therapy
We can customize your sessions to your needs, even the location of the visits! Clients can come to our location, located in the home of Briar Jansons, or can have sessions at a neutral place (think coffee shop, etc.). Briar will even come to your home for your counselling sessions! Hours are flexible, and sessions are available on weekdays, and weekends by negotiation.
Every client has an initial intake session, that will take approximately 60 minutes. After that, sessions are 30 minutes in length, and should be 1-2 weeks apart.
The nutritional needs for every athlete depend both on their own personal nutrition needs, and the specific sport or competition event. Briar Jansons can build a program for you, that can increase your performance and results, and help keep you in the best physical state while maintaining the weight for your class. A specific analysis of your protein and carbohydrate levels for your sport, a pre-competition meal plan, and ongoing nutrition for every kind of sport is available.
